The association is requesting your assistance with identifying the individuals seen in the attached photos/video. These young men were seen jumping from the roof the pavilion into the pool on the evening of June 7, 2021 at approximately 10:30pm. They accessed the area by climbing over the fence after the pool had closed. This activity is dangerous and can cause serious injury or loss of life. Board of Directors Meeting

A meeting of the Solerno District Association’s Board of Directors will be held on Monday, February 11, 2019 at 6:00PM.  The meeting will be held at the Brevard County Government Complex, 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Building C, Space Coast Room, Viera.

All members are welcome to attend this meeting.

Overview of Solerno Board Meeting on 9/26/18

1)  Four out of five HOA board members were in attendance or on the phone.  Four residents from the community were in attendance.
2)  Review and approval of Board administrative matters.
3)  Approval of electronic voting for our community.
    – The Annual Meeting is October 23, 2018.
    – Residents need to opt-in by completing the GREEN form and return to Fairway Mgmt.
    – Two board member positions are expiring.  Mrs. Karen Park has expressed a desire to run for re-election.
4)   Presentation to the HOA board by the Landscaping Committee.
     – Partnership with Brightview is going well.
     – The landscape renovation of the Tavistock roundabout was approved.
     – The HOA board requested that the Landscaping Committee review several enhancement projects for Indigo Crossing.
5)  Review of the DRAFT HOA budget for 2019.
6)  Solerno Yard Sale date was approved for 11/03/18, with the time extended to 1:00 p.m.

Annual Meeting of the Membership

The Annual Meeting of the Membership will occur on Tuesday, October 23 at 6:30PM.  The meeting will be held at the Brevard County Government Complex, Building C, Space Coast Room.

Parking Policy

On January 1, 2018, a policy regarding parking in the gated communities went into effect.  The policy also defines what is considered a commercial vehicle, which are prohibited in all Solerno communities.  If you did not receive a copy of the policy, click on the link below to view.

Architectural Review Committee Formed

Effective January 21st, 2016 the Solerno District Association officially formed the Architectural Review Committee.  The committee will be processing all requests for any types of changes to individual residences.  Applications for these changes can be downloaded by CLICKING HERE.

 

Effective January 29, 2016, the Solerno District Association Board of Directors has chartered and appointed members to the Solerno District Association Modification Review Committee (the “SMRC”) and effective immediately, requests for approval of any modification will now be processed by the SMRC.

The SMRC will meet onthe 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00PM. Meeting locations may vary and members are welcome to attend.

A reminder to all owners and residents that approval from the SMRC is required before any exterior modification can commence. These include but are not limited to:

  • Exterior paint
  • Pool construction
  • Window or door replacement
  • Driveway expansion or modification
  • New or replacement fencing
  • Room additions
  • Major landscaping renovations
